Two Green School Alumni, Henry, and Noah, are putting their passion for adventure and their drive to build community into action with a new project in the mountains of Japan. Since graduating from Green School in 2021, Henry and Noah have searched for a way to carry forward with the strong values and bonds of friendship that their time at Green School afforded them. This desire took them to a tiny ski village in Northern Japan, where their experiences changed the way they viewed their roles in the world. This journey didn’t begin with an idea, but rather with people, which is why Henry and Noah are coming back to Green School to speak to the community that inspired them, to hopefully inspire others to be a part of the magical world they are creating.
Noah and Henry are two passionate alumni. Since graduating in 2021 they have searched for ways to combine their sense of adventure with the strong values and bonds of friendship that their time in Green School afforded them. This desire for community and adventure took them to the mountains of Japan where they had an experience that changed everything. With dreams of hands-on education and school trips, they are now working ceaselessly to create a space where they can share this incredible experience with their community around the world.
