The Scale Climate Action meetup series is back to the Green School for its 12th installment! Come and mingle with like-minded people to hear firsthand from industry experts Tanguy Yu and Tobias Wilson about the surprisingly large negative impact of our food on the environment, and the great solutions they have been working on that, if scaled globally, could have a massive positive impact.
Tanguy works at the beginning of the Food Systems value chain, helping rice farmers in Bali transition to regenerative agriculture. Tobias works at the end of the value chain, designing and building machines in Bali that transform any organic waste into soil-regenerating material within 24hs. Come join their talks and discussions with the community to find out how you also can contribute positively to the green economy.
Our Speakers
Tanguy is one of the Co-Founders of @astungkaraway, a social enterprise doing incredible work in regenerative rice farming and responsible tourism in Bali. Through innovative world-class business models they enable significant funding to reach farmers willing to return back to sustainable traditional practices – and now is their time to scale in Bali and beyond!
Tobias is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business leader and is the Co-founder of Shiva industries, which delivers Aerobic Digestion solutions and Organic Waste Management systems to transform organic waste into valuable resources. Their innovative approach combines environmental stewardship with economic viability, paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future in Indonesia and beyond.
