This is a gentle flow Hatha class. As it is short we have a bit of everything: pranayama, meditation, asanas, and savasana. A great way to start your day.

Edu Petta is an environmentalist activist, journalist, writer and teacher. Working at Green School since 2001, he transforms his lifestyle and passions in his daily job, teaching surf, yoga, writing and other skills for human beings from early ages to adults.
