Pathways Talk series: Walker Zabriskie

Identify your strengths, weaknesses, passions, and the probable way forward. Identify opportunities and challenges in the world today. Use my childhood, learning disability, brief corporate experience, and lifelong multi-faceted entrepreneurial journey to bring these realities alive. Identify some tools, mindsets, and approaches that will help unlock your path.

The Pathways Talk series is happening on 10 May, from 12:40 – 1:20 pm

Walker Zabriskie, grew up in a well-off community, with an audio perception learning disability, strangely for his background working on a hippy organic farm, with a desire for entrepreneurial activity. Upon university graduation, he discovered how little schooling prepared him for the real world journey. Following the traditional path, he was hired for an extraordinary corporate bank job, hated it, and quit. He decided to follow his true inner direction and founded his own company, a construction company in New York City while spending half the year in my beloved Asia. He later created an Asian-based home furnishings company, and permanently moved to Bali. As time passed he had successes in finance, hospitality, and education. He chose to raise a family in a globally oriented manner but grounded in the community-based location of Bali.
