Why Being Vulnerable Makes You Stronger – Nina Solvang
February 28, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Nina Solvang was a successful veterinary surgeon, partner, and general manager of one of the largest clinics in the region of Norway where she lived. She had at the same time mastered the simultaneous roles of a newspaper columnist, mum, wife, and student heading towards a Specialist in Internal Medicine degree. But then her world fell apart unexpectedly and she had to find a new way to navigate her life and her self esteem, which led her into the male-dominated oil industry and to a Master in Management. For her studies, Nina chose to study vulnerability and trust in leadership and will share her insights on this topic with The Bridge community, for all of those interested in how to be a better leader as well as a better follower.
Nina Solvang is a Veterinary Surgeon and a Project Manager.
