Join for an introduction to breathwork, how breathing dysfunctions have manifest and can impact all areas of our lives and how to support a better breath.
You will feel empowered and knowledgable to be able to make simple changes to the breath to support emotional, physical and mental health to the breath.
Rachel is a highly sought after teacher & coach. She has been teaching globally for 8 years and is trained in both classical Indian and Chinese Taoist Yoga & specializes in Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Ayurveda. Rachel believes that we all possess the ability to heal ourselves from the inside out, that by cultivating deep presence we open up our channels of awareness and can create radical shifts in our own lives.
