Systemic and Bodywork – Dorene

We will do some bodywork so we are aware of our body and subsequently engage in two or three family constellations.
We will do exercises to feel and be aware of the body. We need to be in the body before we can work in the constellations. Everyone being present is expected to participate. After that, two or three participants will engage in a constellation about a personal case. The client is interviewed by the facilitator about the case in the presence of the group. The personal case can be a question, a longing, or an investigation about the self. Group members listen and are witnesses. The client, then, guided by the facilitator, chooses from the group a specific set-up of people and elements involved in the case. Things unfold in the system. In the constellation; systemical dynamics, patterns, inherited behavior, family entanglement, or trauma will reveal.

Dorene – In her previous life, she was an Intensive Care Nurse, and after that changed her career being an interim manager and changemaker. This systemical work has been with her since 2006. She integrates it into her (MBA) toolbox when working in organizations, consulting, teambuilding, Leadership- and learning programs. In her coaching, it is ‘mandatory’. In The Netherlands, she started a team (System@work) to accommodate trainers and coaches in constellation work. She is trained and educated high level in The Netherlands, which is leading in this kind of work. she is grateful to get the opportunity to put this magical healing work further in the world, bringing it to Green School.
