Colonization has stolen the land from Indigenous Peoples the world around. Attempting to erase its people, their language, their culture, their history and their future voice.
Yet there is a groundswell of strategic activists focused on reversing these injustices, from the decolonization of lands, intelligence and communities that are a critical part of our recovery.
Please join Paul Simard in conversation with Nikki Sanchez. Nikki is of Pipil and Scottish/Irish descent, TEDx Speaker (Decolonization is for Everyone), academic, Indigenous media maker, activist and environmental educator.
Together we will discuss the history and the future of colonization, to create a safer, more equitable and inclusive tomorrow.
We are very happy to announce a new partnership between The Bridge and Elevation Barn. Elevation Barn is a personal development and leadership program started by Green School parent, Will Travis. The program looks to “elevate” individuals to find their best paths forward whether in business or personal. Elevation Barn is very value-aligned with the vision and mission of The Bridge and we feel this will provide another avenue of personal development to potentially explore for our community members.
