Quest Ideation

Parent/Student ‘Shark Tank’ – for students to become aware of the logistics and details of their ideas and to be able to focus more deeply on their ideation process through the answering of critical and supportive questions.

Grade 8 Quest is a self-motivated passion project that is a culmination of the Middle School years at Green School. It encourages students to delve deep within to learn and uncover their inner self.

Linking their passions with world problems to effect change in their world enables them to understand that they are a Change Maker. In Block 5, students will begin working on the project idea they developed in Block 4. Each student will have a small mentor group and work with one of the four Quest teachers.

Students will be able to use class time to meet with outside mentors, create a final product or do a service project.
