The Equity Action Committee is a parent-run volunteer group that aims to increase equity in our community through education and advocacy. Our scope of action is primarily within the parent community, while also collaborating with school leadership, educators, staff and students on equity-based projects. Our core belief is that every member of our community has the right to respect, care and belonging, and to live free from discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, ability, religion, nationality, socio-economic or other status.
