In this two hours workshop, you will write a Love Letter to your Inner Child and from your Inner Child back to your Adult Self to understand unresolved issues, express gratitude and give your Inner Child a voice. Andrea used to be a Partner in a Singapore Asset Management Company before Chronic Lyme disease and the death of her mother in 2016 forced her to embark on a journey to find holistic health. The quest to regain her physical health brought her to Union Yoga Ayurveda in Singapore where Andrea studied under Dr. Satyam and took her Yoga Teacher Training.
Looking for solutions within her and with consciousness evolving, Andrea continued to go deeper and studied under Eckhart Tolle (Becoming a Teacher of Presence), Amara Samata (Inner Guidance™ Coach, Facilitator and Practitioner) and Suntara (Yin Rebirthing Breathwork by Leonard Orr). Andrea is Swiss but spent almost half of her life in Asia. She has been a Green School parent since 2020.
