In this mini-workshop/lecture you will understand the main reasons conflicts arise and how to rapidly and simply overcome them. In our approach, we focus on “how” to move out of problems/issues/conflicts rather than focusing on the “why.”
A deeper understanding of what creates conflict, and how to overcome it with practical tools applicable immediately.
