WELLBEING – Moving Into Your Own Practice – Rebecca Penrose

Gain a better understanding of your anatomy and how that relates to your yoga practice. By getting to know your body and how it works you can gain a better understanding and ability to practice yoga asana on your own.
You will learn the basic structure of the body, Learn how to assess your body’s alignment, Learn the basic rules of sequencing for safe and beneficial practices that invite balance into your body and your life, Use your knowledge to create your own practice and re-create it as your needs change One to one assessment sessions for each participant
Rebecca has been living and teaching yoga in Bali since 2002. Her approach to yoga and teaching is like yoga itself: Flexible and draws from all the styles she has studied with a focus on correct alignment and adjustment. Her passion is to work with individuals to create their own practice.
