Speaker of the Day
JENNIFER YUEN – Originally from Australia, Jennifer is a brand and marketing leader in the technology, travel, and remote work industries and has lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, and San Francisco. After 20+ years working with start-ups and global companies, she’s passionate about leveraging her expertise and network to mainstream climate action. She believes this is an incredible opportunity for us to create new models of education, sustainable growth, and social entrepreneurship.
.
.
RENATO SILVA – Originally from Brazil, Renato has lived most of his adult life in countries like Thailand, Ecuador, Venezuela, Denmark, and Belgium. After 15+ years working in tech product management, he realized climate change is the biggest threat humanity has ever faced and decided to dedicate the rest of his life to help fight it, so little Chloe (starting in Kindy in August) and her friends can have a more livable and fairer planet to live on. He is the co-founder of Scale Climate Action and a firm believer we have never had a better chance at reverting climate change than the one we have today.
.
.
STEVE MATTHEW – Is a tech founder, software engineer, and data nerd. He co-founded Climate Conversations, a Singapore-based non-profit working on moving people to meaningful action on climate change. In past lives, he has spent time in West Africa researching drought prediction models and is a failed weather presenter, a fact he is now at peace with. He has been living at the Sibang Eco Village and has 2 children attending Green School.
The Talks in the morning will be at The Bridge, but we will Live Stream it also.
