An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until July 6, 2020
Negativity is the biggest obstacle on the path to realization. Yoga tradition provides us with a scientific and systematic approach to release negativity, old patterns, and emotions that no longer serve. Letting go creates space and enables us to transform. We will become the opposite, positive, inspired, and aligned to our higher truth.
Suitable for all levels.
