We cater to all dietary preferences. Our menu is plant-focused (with the addition of sustainable animal products ie duck eggs or line-caught fish), gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and of course all-natural, and mostly homegrown in our organic forest gardens.
Expect the following menu, subject to the seasons:
Traditional banana trunk soup
Moringa curry cooked in a whole coconut on wood fire
Sacred leaf ‘sushi’ rolls
Free range spices duck egg grilled in banana leaf
Forest spice steamed mackerel
Nasi Hijo: (fragrant green rice with medicinal herbs)
Sambal terasi (umami chilli sauce)
Banana custard topped with seasonal fruits and flowers
The lunch is served with a variety of fermented garden vegetables and a spiced coconut sprinkle.
We keep classes small and personal, therefore booking is essential.
Class fee: 650.000 Rps per person
