ECONOMY WEEK – Sustainable Collaborations – Maike van Grootel
December 2, 2019 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
This workshop is for anyone who:
1- Has crazy big sustainable goals, and
2 – Needs other parties in order to achieve these goals.
In this workshop I will share with you some key factors for successful collaborations. How to move from an idea to realization together? And how to apply the Mutual Gain Approach so that all parties are delighted? I will discuss my own cases from the City of Amsterdam (1 milion solar panels and a gasfree city in 2040). And I would love to leave some time to dive into your cases and questions as well.
Topics I will discuss:
- Support among parties and feasibility
- Joint fact finding
- Enriching ideas is progress towards the realization
- Inclusiveness leads to acceptability of decisions
- Moving from positions to interests
- Estimation of alternatives (BATNA)
