Understanding ADHD and OCD: Navigating the Struggles and Finding Support – Matt Thomas

Join us for a presentation on understanding adolescents with ADHD and OCD. ADHD presents challenges like impulsivity, and disorganisation leading to rejection sensitivity and shame, while OCD involves perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and compulsive rituals. These conditions often co-occur, leading to emotional distress and destructive coping mechanisms. Learn how early intervention can transform mental health outcomes and well-being.
