WELLBEING WEEK – Awakening Your Spine – Caroline Hutton

“As the spine begins to reawaken the whole body flourishes from new energy.”
This practice invites fluid strength with quieter movements that emerge from rest.
We will explore the relationship between rest, gravity and our true core, the spine, developing a deep kinship, as this unfolds one begins to see how the body and the breaths intelligence informs our experience of Self.
As our attention sharpens, holding patterns unravel we begin to wake up our bodies intelligence, and our movements become fully integrated rather than fragmented and a new sense of freedom will be experienced.
Anybody can practice yoga, each time we come to our mat we are a beginner, with this intention we are able to observe new experiences with a child-like curiosity.
Throughout the class she will be offering seeds of suggestion that allow you to begin a new dialogue with your body.
Caroline teaches the approach to yoga that was originally inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. She’s been teaching this unique approach for 15 years. Caroline’s passion and purpose are to help people find freedom in their bodies, though cultivating the subtlety of attention that is transformative for yoga practitioners of all levels, allowing them to rediscover the essential power and the beautiful intelligence of their spine. www.carolinehutton.co.uk
