WELLBEING WEEK – A Holistic approach to Health, Performance & Joy – Mikael Jansch

Naprapathy is a mix between Chiropractics and Physiotherapy focusing on increasing mobility and functionality in the body and muscular systems, thus dissolving pain and boosting performance, health, and joy. Mikael will share his approach on how to successfully help people with complex pain syndromes as well as helping top athletes to reach Peak Performance. The talk will give inspiration on how to change your daily life routines to create a holistic health synergy that is effective and suits you, creating longterm health, performance, and joy!
Mikael Jansch, Doctor of Naprapathy and Manual Medicine therapist since 1993. He is also a certified Grand Master of Reiki healing, as well as the creator of a movement system based on yoga, called Mobility Works. He has practiced all over the world before coming to Bali in 2017.
