WELLBEING – Important of Inner State of Being: Wisdom & Meditation Session – Niki Kapoor

Mind Chatter is happening all the time. Why is it that we cannot seem to have any control over it? Why is the mind running our life and we can do nothing about it? Learn why mind is able to have so much control and why we are a slave to its ways. There will be a wisdom session followed by a meditation to integrate the wisdom.
Participants will learn what keeps them chained to mind chatter and how to gradually become free of it.
I facilitate talks, workshops, and meditations to support the inner transformation of the participants. My vision is to present wisdom in a simple and clear manner that is connected to everyday life. I help participants integrate their spiritual essence in their daily life. This work is designed to support the awakening of enlightened consciousness in the participants. The workshops and meditations are experiential and participants are able to experience the state or the wisdom covered in the session. Creating new consciousness imprints through experience makes wisdom a part of our being. It is important to experience wisdom instead of merely knowing it so we can begin to live it.
