Kundalini Yoga & Meditation – Sierra Siri Prakash Bullock

The content of the class is shared with the intentions to help restore the nervous system through pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and sound healing with the gong, tank drum, and/or chimes. The meditations will help to focus the mind and calm the heart space.
