This week moon practice theme: Still Lake of The Mind

This moon practice is designed to prepare the body for a beautiful meditation called still lake of the mind. We will use basic poses and longer exhales to stabilise the lower back, lengthen the spine, and find a balance between a calm but vibrant mind.
A gentle pranayama practice will settle and soothe the nervous system, creating the optimal inner atmosphere for the still lake of the mind guided meditation
This moon practice is infused with vocal repetition of the So Hum Mantra – the meaning “I am that”. This is a perfect practice to start or finish the day, helping you come closer to self realisation. We finish the class with a silent So Hum meditation to connect with that infinite field of energy and vibration that surrounds us.
This class is suitable for all levels.
