the task of growing and cooking food for a health-conscious crowd, he connected the dots
between 10.000 years of agriculture, patriarchal society, processed food and human evolution.
He’s been doing talks weekly in Bali and abroad, for 5 years and created a range of successful
restaurants, inc. Zest Ubud, based on his principles.
