Over 1 billion people live with disabilities. Making them the largest minority group in the world and often the most unheard.
And one man is uniting Over 1 billion governments, activists, city planners, technologists, artists, community groups, and fellow “Burners” to change that for good.
It is an absolute honor to invite fellow Hatcher and President of World Enabled, Victor Pineda to the Barn as we explore a world unknown by so many.
Led in
conversation by strategists, activists, and academics for those with vision challenges, Errol Flanagan, we will
bring awareness and celebration to Victor’s life of boundless positivity, love for life, and commitment to elevating all, in a world without barriers.

Elevation Barn is essentially a chance for leaders to reinvigorate their mojo, set in beautiful surroundings in the US, Bali and the UK. An intense few days are spent alongside business leaders from a variety of industries, purposely diverse in order to inspire new thinking, working under a curated set of experiences that are meant to leave the attendees with a ‘purposeful transformation’.
