The Ability to Choose – Ibu Sari Pollen
September 19, 2024 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Life is full of contrasts—yin and yang, black and white. When our expectations clash with reality, it often leads to stress and frustration. However, we have the power to choose how we respond, much like selecting a path on Google Maps.
Join us for an enlightening talk where we’ll explore these themes and hear the inspiring story of Sari Pollen. Sari, a remarkable Balinese woman, has turned her personal struggles into a powerful mission through the PKP Community Centre.
After facing significant challenges following her divorce nearly 20 years ago, Sari founded PKP, which provides crucial job skills training and a safe haven for disadvantaged girls and women in Bali. Her work has a profound impact, uplifting individuals and entire communities.
In this talk, we’ll delve into PKP’s transformative programs, discuss the importance of support and empowerment, and discover how we can all contribute to this noble cause. PKP is currently raising $16,000 in just 2 weeks to secure land for their vital initiatives.
Let’s come together to support this impactful cause and make a real difference.
Don’t miss this chance to be inspired and take action. See you there!
