Tempe Making Workshop – iniTempe Bali

Inspired by the mother nature of Bali, iniTempe creates an experience for you to learn sustainability through tempe, a portion of exotic food from Indonesia. You will learn our philosophy, the process of our creativity, and the way we make, cook and enjoy tempe in a different way. At the end of class, bring home your own handmade tempe. Surprise your friend and family with your tempe skill.
This workshop is for parents who are interested in new experiences, sustainable products, wellness, healthy food, fermentation, Indonesian gastronomy, food, and culture.
Benny iniTempe – Thinkin’ back to his childhood memory at home, Benny used to enjoy simple and humble “Tempe Goreng” as his meal. He asks himself, why Tempe is not popular overseas. By using his imagination and curiosity, he added value to tempe by innovating tempe cookies. In 2016, Benny has created iniTempe Bali. A progressive food tech company based in Bali by empowering non-GMO soy farmers across Central Java and Bali.
