Pauline O’Brien – Based in Bali Indonesia, Pauline’s life mission is to help people heal themselves.  By using the Tolman method, incorporating the 7 Principals of Health and regenerative medicine. Pauline’s own unique method is simple potent, and achievable- helping her clients lead vibrant activated lives. Immersed in a stunning village of bamboo homes and an edible medicinal garden, Pauline practices a zero-waste regenerative lifestyle.  Her notable areas of expertise include the Tolman method, and regenerative healing, as well as her renowned work with plant medicine, alchemy, permaculture, agroforestry, natural dye making, and her incredible plant-based cooking and fermentation skills.

Pauline’s own healing journey started with breast cancer, followed by relentless gut and hormonal issues that plagued her for years until she discovered the Tolman method and the 7 principles of health.  This had a life-changing effect on her and her mission now is to pass this knowledge of true healing and purpose to those that are open to healing themselves.
