Do you think you have no skills to cook? This course is for you. Chef Karen Couto will teach easy recipes and share her experiences in Integrative Nutrition and Gastronomy. Cooking as a self-connection and fulfillment activity, remembering us the joy of being in contact with real natural food, encouraging a pleasurable teamwork.

In this 3 days workshop you will learn:

DAY 1 – BREAKFAST

Nutmilk (sesame and sunflower); Dairy free smoothies; Gluten-free bread; Strawberry yogurt; Gluten-free pancake; Gluten/dairy free cake; Vegan functional french toast;

DAY 2 – LUNCH OR DINNER

Quinoa hamburger; Vegetarian lasagne; Classic Tomato sauce; Mushrooms Stroganoff; Pad Thai;

DAY 3 – DESERTS

Chia pudding; Cacao pow; Vegan natural ice cream; Gluten-free apple crumble; Gluten-free banana muffin;  Gluten-free brownie;

Bio

Chef Karen Couto is post graduated in Functional Gastronomy and author of the book “Você Pode SER Mais FELIZ Comendo” (You can BE HAPPIER eating) that run for the best book of the year in 2017 (Prazeres da Mesa Magazine_Brazil), a nourishment guide with Physical, Therapeutic and Spiritual Practices.

She lived in France, Italy, and Spain and worked in the teams of great chefs as Pascal Bataillé, Heinz Beck, and Ferran Adrià.

Karen Collaborates with Harper s Bazaar Brazil.
