Midlife in the Tropics

November 5 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Come and join us for an open and informal discussion about the realities of navigating midlife, where we can connect, share stories, and gain insights together. This event isn’t about offering medical advice—it’s about fostering open conversations around the changes and challenges that come with this stage of life. From lifestyle shifts and fluctuating energy and hormone levels, we’ll explore a range of topics from a holistic perspective.

We’ll dive into how well-being, fitness, nutrition, hormone testing and even supplements can influence your journey and longevity. With a thoughtfully selected panel of fellow Green School parents and Practitioners addressing this topic, we’ll cover everything from navigating the impact of menopause to the midlife transition for both men and women.

Come for the honest discussion and stay for the sense of connection that crosses all Learning Neighbourhoods. With a herbal tea bar and nutrient-rich snacks at hand, we’ll keep things casual while covering topics that matter to you.

Please confirm if you would like to attend so we can effectively cater the refreshments. To make this event truly personalized, we welcome and invite you to send in your panel questions.

Your experiences and curiosity will help shape a meaningful conversation for us all.

We would appreciate a donation of around 150,000 IDR, which can be brought on the day of the event. Thank you very much for your support!
