Living With Bees

This is an Immersive workshop exploring the true power of bees which lies in their scent, sound, vibration and sting. The atmosphere of the bee hive creates an environment in which the body can naturally heal itself. The hive is a living adaptogen that enhances the health and harmony of you home for all the family to enjoy.
This is the true version of Apitherapy and the foundation to our NGO, Bee Life Global.
In this talk, Yan will explore this topic covering the following themes:
- The health benefits of living with bees
- How to host bees at home
- How bees support your family life
You will learn the wonderful and infinite health benefits of living with honey bees, how to interact with them and how to handle them confidently. There is also an opportunity to learn how to work with their venom for medicinal benefits in sting therapy.

In 2014, whilst walking in the wild Yan found two hives belonging to the stingless bees. He took them home intending to sell their honey. However, as he got to know the bees, Yan experienced their incredible healing capacity in their sound and scent alone. He witnessed lifelong illnesses in himself and his family vanishing solely from living in close quarters with the bees. This was his initiation into becoming a Bee Guardian and his life transformed.
Known as the ‘Bali Bee Man’, Yan dedicates his life to sharing the powerful medicine bees have to offer human health and the health of our environment. Yan sowed the initial seed of Bee Life Global, a Bali based charity, which restores harmony between bees, nature and humanity for the well-being of our planet.
