Introduction to Conscious Communication- the NVC method – Ivana

How many times have you had the same conversation over and over again, with your partner, children or colleagues, etc, never getting any results, only to find yourself going deeper into misunderstandings, blame, insults, and anger? The NVC method uncovers the ego-driven belief system and teaches us how to become aware of the feelings and unmet needs that lie behind our triggers and words. This short introduction will give you an insight into just how beneficial and necessary it is to implant this communication method in our everyday lives- not only with others but how we talk with ourselves too. It will also give you some tools to start with immediately.

Ivana is very passionate and dedicated to helping people communicate in a more successful and conscious way for the last 6 years. In her previous life Ivana was a marketing executive however with the birth of their daughter she changed her life path with a wish not only to work on making herself a more conscious being but to help others as well. Being half Serbian and half Croatian, the daughter of a foreign correspondent, growing up all over the world as well experiencing war gave her an interesting perspective on just how much communication has power. Ivana emigrated to Canada however lived in Indonesia since 2003, has been married for 22 years, and has a 10-year-old daughter.
