Desiree Driesenaar is a writer and creator of regenerative projects, combining economy and ecology. She explains ‘systemic design’ and is part of the international Blue Economy network of Gunter Pauli. Ecosystem restoration is in her heart. She is a permaculturist and creates a food forest in the Netherlands where she lives. At this moment she is traveling three months through Indonesia for projects. Bali has stolen her heart. The island harbors great, proud people strongly connected to their roots in nature, culture, and spirituality.
