This talk explores how family culture is shaped through the small moments we live every day. Through the lens of rhythms, rituals, and reflections, we will look at how routines create safety and self-direction, how rituals become emotional anchors and rites of passage, and how the invisible curriculum at home shapes a child’s inner world. A reflective space for parents to reconnect with the everyday choices that deeply influence belonging, resilience, connection, and emotional well-being.

Zabrina is a holistic educator and consultant with over 25 years of experience designing transformative and experiential learning environments that nurture human connection, emotional awareness, and conscious family culture. Her work integrates wellbeing, mindfulness, conscious parenting, regenerative, and learner-centered education. Zabrina has founded and led learning communities in Colombia and Bali, worked as the Wellbeing Program Developer at Green School, and currently collaborates with CreateNet, training educators as conscious facilitators. Through coaching, workshops, retreats, expeditions, and experiential programs, she supports families, educators, and children in cultivating more intentional, grounded, and meaningful ways of learning, relating, and growing together.
