Hi, I’m Harsha, a Breathwork Coach. My journey began three years ago after losing my mother to a terminal illness. During this time, I turned to breathwork and meditation, finding incredible support in managing stress and boosting my energy. Inspired by Deepak Chopra, Rupert Spira, and the “Ice Man” Wim Hof, I saw firsthand the power of breathwork while navigating a high-pressure career and fatherhood in Hong Kong. This led me to a career break and a deeper exploration of breathwork’s benefits for emotional wellbeing, health, sports performance, and mental focus. Breathwork is simple, powerful, and transformative, enhancing decision-making, performance, and overall wellbeing.”
