Bloom and grow days to inspire, recharge your batteries, blossom, and grow. Grow and Bloom day for open-minded people who feel the desire for a joyful, meaningful, and fulfilled life. It is about finding your purpose and discovering your potential to develop your personal vision.
Grow and Bloom days are for open-minded people who are interested in yoga on and beyond the mat and want to grow into a meaningful and conscious life.

10:45-11:15 Bloom and Grow Inspiration
11:15-11:45 Group Work
11:45-12:00 Meditation
12:00-13:00 Lunch individually or together around the campus.
