We walk around with these powerful cameras but most of us never take the time to learn how to use them. Learn about best practices for shooting & editing photos solely using your cell phone. You’ll learn how the camera on our phone works Features you may not know about that could be game changers for your photos Also, what editing apps enhance the creative process from start to finish At The Bridge, we’ll start with a brief photo lesson that will cover the basics of light, composition, and color. We’ll talk about visual storytelling. From there we’ll take a photo walk around the school. By the end, you’ll understand the difference between taking a photo and making one with intention. Finally, we’ll end up back at The Bridge to edit one of our photos. We’ll go through the editing process together. Your creativity will blossom by the end of the class.
I’m a photographer, content creator, and San Francisco native. I’ve lead Photowalks as team building events for Instagram, Adobe and other San Francisco based companies. I’ve also traveled all over the world and written about travel for magazines and blogs. I love showing people how to slow down, notice their environment and see the world through a different lens. Through my work, I’ve learned that wherever you are, the best camera is the one that’s with you. With some basic knowledge about light, composition, and color anyone can make a photo that shows people how a place felt.
This is a paid event – IDR 500.000 per session
