#6 Mindfulness meditation – NICOLA UNITE

Hello Folks, this week’s mindfulness meditation we will be focusing on our sense of our environment. Please take a mindful position whatever that means for you, see if you can turn your gaze or your whole body towards something that’s natural. Maybe through the window, flowers or some leaves in your room or maybe there’s a stone or Crystal. Turn your whole body towards this natural view and allow your gaze just softly rest on this view… now take three long slow deep breaths.
